The Anti-Terrorism Court has protested against the decision of the Election Commission and the Banking Court has approved the bails of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the prohibited funding case.
According to the details, the Anti-Terrorism Court has approved the bail of PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the case of protest against the Election Commission’s decision and interference in the government, while the Banking Court has approved the bail of PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the prohibited funding case.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Raja Jawad heard the bail application in the case of protest against the Election Commission’s decision and interference in the government and PTI Chairman Imran Khan has been granted interim bail.
Earlier, on Imran Khan’s bail application in the banned funding case, Special Judge Central Rukhshida heard the pre-arrest bail application in Banking Court in which Imran Khan appeared in personal capacity. The judge had reserved judgment on the petition.
After some time, Special Judge Central Rukhshanda gave a safe verdict and accepted Imran Khan’s pre-arrest bail application.
2 cases against Imran Khan will be heard in Islamabad Court today. Today is the date for indictment of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case. Additional Judge Zafar Iqbal will hear the complaint of Election Commission.
They will also appear in the case registered in the police station secretariat under the provisions of murder in the same court.
